How do I download my guide after purchase?

Right after payment, you'll receive an email with your personal download link. Click it to download the PDF immediately. The link stays active — so you can re-download whenever you need it.

I lost my download link. What do I do?

Go to our Guides page and scroll to the 'Recover your guide' section. Enter the email you used for your purchase and we'll resend your link straight away.

Which devices and apps can I use to read the guide?

Any app that opens PDFs works — Apple Books, Google Drive, Adobe Reader, or your phone's built-in PDF viewer. Download it once and it's yours offline, no internet needed while you're exploring.

Our walking tours typically last 3 hours, with optional stops for coffee and a light snack along the way. We're happy to adjust the pace and route based on your group's interests.

Up to 15 people per group. We don't mix different bookings — every group has the tour to themselves, which is how we keep the experience personal.

Digital guides are purchased securely via Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Walking tours require no upfront payment — we'll confirm details before anything is agreed.

Can I get a refund on a digital guide?

Accepted Answer

Digital guides are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered immediately upon payment. The only exceptions are: (1) you were charged but never received a download link and our recovery tool could not locate your purchase, or (2) the file you received was corrupted or materially different from what was described. In either case, contact us at contact.mvabroad@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

Can I cancel a walking tour?

Yes. Walking tours require no upfront payment, so you can always cancel without charge. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can open the slot for other travellers.
