These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital travel guides sold through this website. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying.

Our travel guides are digital products delivered as PDF files. Each guide contains original written content, curated recommendations, and practical travel information created by MV Abroad. They are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Guides are sold in Euros (EUR). Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
When you click "Buy now" you will be taken to a secure checkout page powered by Stripe. By completing payment you enter into a contract with MV Abroad for the supply of the selected digital guide.
We accept major credit and debit cards as offered by Stripe. Payment is processed immediately and in full at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details.
A confirmation email containing your download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and use the download recovery tool on our guides page.
Your guide is delivered digitally, immediately after payment is confirmed. A secure, time-limited download link is sent to your email address. There is no physical shipment.
Download links are valid for a limited period. If your link has expired, you can request a new one using the recovery tool on our guides page at no additional charge.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase and receiving immediate access to the guide, you acknowledge that you have requested immediate delivery of digital content and that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery. This acknowledgement is presented to you at the point of purchase.
If there is a technical failure that prevents you from accessing the guide through no fault of your own, we will provide a replacement link or, at our discretion, a full refund. See Section 6.
Because our guides are digital products delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases except in the following circumstances:
In either case, contact us at contact.mvabroad@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by resending the guide or issuing a full refund.
All content in our guides — including text, maps, photography, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of MV Abroad and is protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide for your own travel purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the guide without our prior written permission.
Our guides contain information that was accurate at the time of writing. Travel information — including opening hours, prices, and transport routes — changes frequently. We cannot guarantee that every detail remains current and accept no liability for decisions made based on the guide's content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MV Abroad's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the price you paid for that guide.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, unless you are a consumer in the EU or UK in which case you retain any mandatory rights provided by the law of your country of residence.
If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you can contact your national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for free assistance with cross-border disputes: eccnet.eu.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect on the date you complete payment. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
For any questions about these terms, contact us at contact.mvabroad@gmail.com.
